Garlan Morse, Jr., CRE                                                         

Garlan Morse, Jr. has worked in real estate finance and investment for 32 years. Mr. Morse was previously Senior Vice President - Real Estate for The First National Bank of Boston until founding Morris & Morse in 1990. His expertise encompasses creative structuring of debt, equity, joint ventures, and developments. Mr. Morse has served on the Real Estate Investment Committee of the Massachusetts Pension Fund (PRIM Board); he was President of the Real Estate Finance Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board; and he served on the Executive Committee for Real Estate of the American Bankers Association. Mr. Morse serves as Voting Trustee of two real estate commingled funds managed by J. P. Morgan Investment Management of New York.

Jeremy Hubball                                                         

Jeremy Hubball has worked in commercial real estate investment and development, asset management, and property management for 32 years. Prior to joining Morris & Morse in March of 2001, Mr. Hubball was owner and CEO of Northland Investment Corporation, a real estate ownership and development company with over 10 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties, along with over 13,500 units of multi-family housing. He is an expert in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management, Mr. Hubball is past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston, and currently serves on its Executive Committee; he is a past Vice President and Director of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Cheryl A. Fever, MSF                                                         

Cheryl Fever has worked in commercial real estate acquisition and asset management for 10 years. Ms. Fever recently joined the company after a career which most recently included serving as the Group Vice President of Acquisitions at The Mills Corporation, a large mall REIT. Previously, Ms. Fever was an Associate at Starwood Capital Group, a real estate investment company, and an Analyst and Associate at ING Clarion Partners, a real estate investment and advisory firm. Her experience encompasses the successful acquisition of over $2.3 Billion of retail, office, industrial, senior housing and multi-family properties. She is an expert in financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring and contract negotiations.
